Terms of Service

Ordering

• Prices and the day's stock are set fresh each morning and shown live on the site. When something is sold out, it's sold out.
• Placing an order sends us a request to prepare and deliver it. We'll confirm it (on-site and by email/WhatsApp). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item just sold out or your address is outside where we can deliver — and if so you pay nothing.
• Weights are as described (e.g. 500g, 1kg). Because fish and meat are cut by hand, small natural variation can occur; we aim to be fair and generous.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable charges shown at checkout.
• Delivery is a flat fee inside our own area and a courier-quoted charge beyond it, shown or confirmed before you pay.
• v1 is Cash on Delivery — you pay the delivery person at your door.

Delivery

• We deliver same-day within Thiruvananthapuram, within our serviceable area and the day's cutoff time shown on the site.
• Someone should be reachable at the phone number and address you gave, so we can complete delivery.

Freshness guarantee

If what you receive isn't fresh, tell us the same day. Our team will come and collect it back, and once we've checked it we refund you by UPI. The same-day window and the pick-up keep the guarantee honest for everyone. (Full wording on the About page.)

Your account

• Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Don't misuse the site — no fraud, no interfering with how it runs, no scraping or automated abuse.

Our responsibility

• We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or never down.
• To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order.
