Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your account details: name, email, and phone number — when you register, or when you sign in with Google (from Google we receive only your name, email, and profile picture; nothing else).
• Your delivery details:the address you enter, and — only if you tap "use my location" — your phone's GPS coordinates, so we can pin your delivery spot. Location is never read without you tapping that button.
• Your orders: what you bought, quantities, cut choices, delivery notes, and order status. We keep this so you can see your order history and reorder.
• That's it. We do not collect or store any payment/card/UPI details — v1 is Cash on Delivery, so money changes hands at your door, not on the site.

How we use it

Only to run your orders: to prepare and deliver them, to contact you about a specific order (call/WhatsApp/email), to show you your history, and to keep your account secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Our delivery team — your name, address, and phone, so they can reach you.
• A courier partner (e.g. Porter) — only when your delivery is outside our own delivery area, and only the details needed to complete that delivery.
• Service providers that run the site — our hosting and database provider (for storing your account and orders) and Google (only if you choose Google Sign-In). They process data on our behalf, not for their own use.
• We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. It is not used for tracking or advertising. We do not run third-party ad or analytics trackers.

Your choices

• See or update your details any time from your account page.
• Ask us to delete your account and data — email freshlytoday2606@gmail.comand we'll remove it (we may keep the minimum required by law, e.g. order records for tax).
• Order as a guest without an account if you prefer to share less.

Keeping it safe

Passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text), the site runs over HTTPS, and access to order data is restricted. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable care.

Children

The service is meant for adults placing household orders. It is not directed at children under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you.
